🚚 Delivery Policy – Tudorunie

At Tudorunie, we’re committed to delivering your home appliances safely, quickly, and with the care they deserve.
This Delivery Policy explains our delivery areas, methods, scheduling, tracking, and what to expect upon arrival for orders placed via
tudorunie.com.

1) Delivery Coverage

  • United States: We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories may be limited or require a custom quote.
  • PO Boxes: Large appliances cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
  • Stairs/Access: Let us know in advance about narrow entryways, stairs, or elevator restrictions so we can plan the right crew/equipment.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Pre-order and back-order items will ship as soon as stock becomes available; we’ll email updated ETAs.

3) Delivery Methods & Typical Timeframes

  • Parcel (Small Appliances/Accessories): 3–5 business days (Standard) or 1–3 business days (Expedited).
  • Freight Curbside (Large Appliances): 5–10 business days. Driver delivers to curb or first dry area at ground level.
  • Room-of-Choice (Upgrade): Carried to the room you choose (ground floor by default; stairs may incur a fee).
  • White-Glove Delivery & Basic Install (Upgrade): Unbox, placement, packaging haul-away; light install available where eligible (see Section 6).

Note: Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, peak seasons, or remote locations.

4) Scheduling & Communication

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
  • Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery window; please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive and inspect the item.
  • Missed appointments may incur a redelivery fee charged by the carrier.

5) Tracking & Delivery Day Checklist

  • Use your tracking link to monitor real-time status.
  • Measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells to confirm fit.
  • Clear the pathway and protect floors as needed before the driver arrives.

6) Installation, Haul-Away & Connections (Optional)

  • Basic placement is included with White-Glove. Connection/installation is available on select products and zip codes.
  • Water/Gas/Electrical: Customer is responsible for code-compliant hookups, shut-off valves, power outlets, and venting. Some installs may require a licensed professional.
  • Haul-Away: Old appliance removal can be added at checkout where available (unit must be disconnected/emptied).

7) Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting

  • Before signing, inspect packaging and the appliance. Note any damage on the carrier’s receipt and take photos.
  • If damage is visible, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement.
  • Hidden (concealed) damage must be reported to Tudorunie within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

8) Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

  • Address changes after dispatch may incur carrier reroute fees and extend delivery time.
  • Undeliverable or refused shipments (not due to damage/defect) may be subject to return freight and restocking fees.

9) Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size/weight, method, and destination.
  • Promotional free delivery applies only where advertised and typically to standard methods (upgrades billed separately).

10) Holidays, Weather & Force Majeure

Delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Tudorunie.
We’ll work with carriers to complete delivery as soon as conditions permit.

11) Returns & Exchanges

For return windows, eligibility, and instructions, please see our
Refund & Returns Policy. Delivery and service fees are generally non-refundable once performed.
